Food Guidelines
In harmony with the policies of the Allegheny East Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and the beliefs and practices of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, pork products are not permitted on Trinity Temple Academy property.
To support the school’s commitment to a healthy, faith-based environment:
- Pork and pork-containing products are prohibited at all times on school grounds.
- Meat products may not be served or provided by the school during school-sponsored events, activities, or functions.
- Parents who bring food for their child or for classroom celebrations must ensure that all food items are commercially prepared and arrive in their original, sealed containers from a licensed restaurant or food establishment.
- Homemade food items are not permitted for classroom sharing or school events unless specifically approved by the administration.
- Pizza brought to the school for students or school events must be cheese or vegetarian only. Meat toppings are not permitted.
- The administration reserves the right to refuse any food item that does not comply with these guidelines or that is inconsistent with the health and dietary standards of Trinity Temple Academy.
