Mrs. Deneen Howard is excited to join the Trinity Temple Academy family and brings over 20 years of experience in Adventist education, serving as both a classroom teacher and school administrator. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to nurturing the whole child by fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, leadership, and Christian character.

Mrs. Howard believes that Adventist education is more than preparing students for academic success, it is preparing them for a life of service to God and others, while equipping them for eternity. She is passionate about helping students develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, discover their God-given gifts, and become leaders who positively influence their homes, churches, schools, and communities. She believes that true education develops the mind, strengthens character, and nurtures a heart committed to Christ.

Mrs. Howard enjoys creating engaging, creative learning experiences that inspire students to think critically, grow confidently, and reach their God-given potential. She believes in setting achievable goals for herself and her students, using data to monitor growth, celebrate progress, and provide meaningful opportunities for students to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding in a variety of ways. Her organized, structured, and professional approach helps create a classroom where students feel supported and empowered to succeed.

One of Mrs. Howard’s greatest passions is developing student leaders. She enjoys creating and implementing programs that help students build confidence, strengthen their leadership abilities, and become effective public speakers. She believes every child should have opportunities to express their ideas with confidence, communicate clearly, and learn how to engage and inspire an audience. Whether through presentations, special programs, or leadership opportunities, she encourages students to use their voices to make a positive impact.

Above all, Mrs. Howard is dedicated to creating a Christ-centered, loving, and nurturing environment where every student feels welcomed, valued, accepted, and safe to express themselves. She believes children thrive when they are encouraged to persevere beyond their own expectations. Mrs. Howard is excited to join the team at Trinity Temple Academy to be a
